Refund policy
- Digital items are delivered instantly; all sales final.
- If we fail to deliver, you automatically receive a credit code for the full value.
- If PayPal refunds or reverses a payment, the related item or listing is revoked automatically.
- Listings removed for breaking the listing rules are not refunded; listings hidden by reader reports keep their remaining paid time and resume when a corrected edit passes the rules.
"Fail to deliver" means our system couldn't produce or send your file after three automatic retries. The credit code is emailed to you automatically, is worth the full amount you paid, and can be used once.
