I lost my download link.
Sign in to your library with the email you bought with and choose "Get a fresh download link". Links work for 14 days or 10 downloads; you can make new ones any time.
My download hasn't arrived.
If PayPal shows the payment as pending, your item is delivered automatically when it clears. Otherwise check your spam folder, then your library. If delivery ever fails, you automatically get a credit code for the full value by email.
How do I edit or renew my listing?
Sign in to your library. Edits are checked instantly. Renewal adds 12 months to your current end date (or from today if it has ended). We email reminders 30, 7 and 1 day before it ends.
Can I get a refund?
Digital items are delivered instantly and all sales are final. If we fail to deliver, you automatically receive a credit code for the full value. See the refund policy.
Something on the site is wrong or out of date.
Use the "This may be outdated" button next to the fact or on the page. Flags are reviewed at our next yearly check; we don't reply individually. For a decision about your own project, ask the agency named on the card.
A listing is fake, closed or misleading.
Use "Report this listing" on the listing. Several reports from different readers hide it automatically.
How do I stop the Seasonal Pond Letter?
Use the one-click unsubscribe link in any letter, or your library's email preferences. We send it four times a year: mid-February, May 1, mid-August and November 1.
Do you file permits for me?
No. This is not a permit or an application. We don't file anything for you. Agency fees are paid only to the agency. Each permit card links to where you apply.
Is this a government site?
No. Pond & Shore PA is independent and isn't affiliated with or endorsed by any agency, conservation district, Penn State Extension or association.
Purchases are paused. Why?
We occasionally pause checkout while we update it. Everything free still works, and listings keep their remaining time.
How do I delete my data?
Sign in to your library and choose "Delete my data".
I can't sign in.
Sign-in links work once, for 20 minutes, and we limit how many you can request in an hour. Request a new link, and check your spam folder.
