1. Independent guide. Pond & Shore PA is an independent guide, not affiliated with or endorsed by any government agency, county conservation district, Penn State Extension or association. Nothing on the site is a permit, an application or a determination by any agency.
2. Summaries, not advice. Our pages summarize regulations, permit documents and agency guidance, with the date we checked each fact. They are educational summaries, not legal or engineering advice. The regulations, the permit documents and product labels control. Rules change; confirm with the agency before you start any work. We make no warranty that any summary is complete, current or applies to your situation.
3. Pond & Lake Pros. We are a venue, not a party to any agreement between you and a business you find here. Listed businesses are independent; they are not our employees or agents. Licenses, insurance and other credentials shown on listings are self-reported unless labelled otherwise, and we do not verify them. Check credentials, get written scopes and quotes, and agree terms directly with the business.
4. Listings. Businesses must follow the listing rules. We may refuse, hide or remove listings automatically under those rules. Listings removed for breaking the rules are not refunded; listings hidden by reader reports keep their remaining paid time and resume when a corrected edit passes the rules.
5. Age. You must be 18 or older to buy or to list a business.
6. Digital products. PDFs are licensed, not sold. The Handbook, Logbook and Project Plan are for the buyer's personal use; the Lake Board Year Planner is licensed to one association. Each page is stamped with the buyer's email and order number. Don't resell or publicly post them.
7. Payments. Payments are one-time charges processed by PayPal; nothing renews automatically. Prices include no sales tax unless shown at checkout. If PayPal refunds or reverses a payment, the related item or listing is revoked automatically.

9. Acceptable use. Don't misuse the site's forms, flags or reports, scrape it in a way that disrupts it, or use it to impersonate anyone.
10. Limitation of liability. The site and its content are provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, WeldonPC is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the site's summaries or from dealings with listed businesses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Changes. We may update these terms; the effective date above changes when we do.
12. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Disputes will be heard in the courts of Cuyahoga County, Ohio.
